2.4 Ownership of Content

You acknowledge that you retain ownership of the input data you provide to the Plugin ("Input"). As for the output generated by the Plugin based on your Input ("Output"), you acknowledge that OpenAI retains ownership of the underlying models, algorithms, and systems used to generate the Output. However, subject to your compliance with these Terms, OpenAI hereby grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Output for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes such as sale or publication.

The Plugin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, expressed or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall the Company or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Plugin, including any reliance on the AI-generated content, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Cancellation Policy

Upon cancelling your subscription to TalentScribe, any posts that have not been published will be removed from our systems. It's advised to ensure all desired content is published prior to cancelling your subscription.
